As to your Exhibit B - Site Description: <br />Response to No. 1: Division of Wildlife hopefully <br />will provide favorable reviews and comments. <br />Response to No. 2: - No. <br />The two main types of vegetation are Russian Thistle and <br />bushes of Rabbit Brush. The quarter quarter with which we <br />are dealing is so gravelly that it does not support any other <br />type of vegetation. <br />With regard to the Henry Rivera Pit enclosed are the <br />Affidavits of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rivera which set forth that <br />the remainder of their property surrounds the mining site and <br />is merely adjoined by a County Road on the West side and <br />further that they viewed the Public Notice in The Valley <br />Courier and waive personnel service of Notices otherwise <br />required. Also enclosed in the Proof of Publication the <br />submission of which should enable a permit to issue for the <br />Henry Rivera Pit. <br />Enclosed also is the Proof of Publication of the La Florida <br />Pit Notice and the proof of mailing of the same to adjacent <br />landowners. Enclosed also is the plat which you requested be <br />provided showing ownership of adjacent lands. Finally <br />enclosed is the Affidavit of Mr. Pete L. DeHerrera setting <br />forth that he owns the property on two sides of the pit and <br />waives service of notices otherwise required.
