<br />AFFIDAVIT OF PETE L. DeHERRERA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />PETE L, DeHERRERA hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Affiant", after being duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />1. That Affiant is the owner of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section Six, Township Thirty-two North, Range Ten East, <br />N.M.7'.M. <br />2. That the Affiant has entered into a Lease Agreement <br />with the County of Conejos for the extraction of gravel from <br />a 9.99 acre parcel within said Northeast Quarter. <br />3. That the western and southern sides of the leased <br />parcel are adjacent to property owned by the Affiant. <br />4. That the northern and eastern sides of the leased <br />pare=_1 are adjacent to real property presently titled to <br />others. <br />5. That the Affiant received actual notice of the <br />hearings to be held before the Mined Lands Reclamation <br />Division Board in Denver. <br />6. That the Affiant waives service of any personal <br />notice of said hearings and any future hearing to be held. <br />FURTHER the Affiant sayeth naught. <br />Pete L.
