Mine Support Facilities <br />The Disturbance Map 5-2 shows the location of all of the mine facilities and each structure is labeled <br />according to its intended and current use. All facilities have been designed, constructed, and <br />maintained in accordance with Section 4.04 of the performance standards. Each facility is designed <br />to be mobfle or portable. No permanent facilities will be constructed. <br />Prior to construction of the facilities, all topsoil was salvaged and stored (see 2.05.3(5) and Map 5- <br />I). The facilities were located and constructed according to the particulaz specifications for that <br />structure. There are no specific design criteria for the particular structures other than criteria <br />assigned in designing the sediment control system and the air pollution control measures, both of <br />which aze described in this section. <br />Existing Facilities <br />There are no regulated existing structures on-site prior to mining and as a result, there aze no <br />compliance plans, or designs which are required by this section. <br />Roads, Conveyors, and Rail Systems <br />One haul road from the pit to the staging azea as shown on Map 5-I has been constructed. The haul <br />road described below has been designed to comply with the design specification of Rule 4.03.1.
