American Soda, L.L.P. shall obtain the appropriate road access <br />permits for all new access roads which connect to county and/or <br />state roads. <br />10. American Soda, L.L.P. shall obtain the appropriate permits for <br />pipeline crossings or infringements onto county or state right-of- <br />ways. <br />11. A tracer line or location device be placed adjacent to or in the <br />trench of all buried nonmetallic pipelines to facilitate the location <br />of ouch pipelines. <br />12. All buried pipelines shelf be bwied to a minimum depth of 48 <br />inches within all road crossings, shoulders, or road right-of•ways <br />atuf to a minimum depth of 36 inches in all other areas unless <br />specifically waivered by Rio Blanco County. The pipelines shall be <br />installed in a manner to proven[ line Boating and water migration <br />when crossing streams, irrigation ditches, wetlands and imgated <br />fields. Any pipelines less than 4 feet below the bottom oC an <br />irrigation ditch shall be sleeved or otherwise protected. <br />Documentntion oC sleeving or adequate depth of pipelines installed <br />under irrigation ditches shall be kept by American Soda. L.L.P. <br />and provided upon request. <br />13. Areas used for storing materials or equipment shall be located at <br />least SO feet from strum banks, wetlands, or irrigated fields where <br />practical alternatives exist. <br />14. American Sodn, L.L.P. shall be responsible (or ensuring all <br />subeonvnetors activities comply with the approved plans and <br />conditions of the Major Development Permit. <br />15. The Rio Blanco County Sheriffs Office shall be contacted <br />immediately during any emergency or hazardous waste spill. <br />16. American Soda, L.L.P. shall cooperate with other pipeline <br />cottipanies within utility corridors to maintain an adequate <br />separation between pipelines and to coordinate crossings and <br />cathodic protection facilities where applicable. <br />
