The commencement date will be as soon as the permit
for this operation is received. The closing date is
indefinite but will depend on the amount of mineral reserves
available.
2. Soil 8 inches to 12 inches deep will be salvaged
for use in revegetation during the reclamation process.
3. Any waste rock removed will be used on road sides.
4. The clay deposit averages 19 inches in depth.
5. The access road to the mining site is a one-lane
graded road previously used by the landowner.
6. The dimensions of the excavation area are 422.4
feet East and West and 283.8 feet North and South for a
total of 119,877 square feet.
7.
