This may include, but not be limited to, <br />groundwater modeling using actual transmissitivity numbers from the Fountain Creek <br />alluvial aquifer along with strategically placed monitoring wells to verify those <br />anticipated impacts. Furthermore and more importantly, what verifiable mitigation <br />will be employed if hydrologic impacts are observed? <br />Rule 6.4.10 Exhibit J - Vegetation Information <br />Rule 6.4.10 (1) requires the operatorlapplicant to provide: <br />1. Descriptions of present vegetation types, including quantitative estimates of cover <br />and height for the principal species in each life-form represented (i.e., trees, tall <br />shrubs, low shrubs, grasses, fortis). Please provide the quantitative estimates. <br />2. The relationship of present vegetation types to soil types; or alternatively, the <br />information may be presented on a map. Please provide this information. <br />3. Estimates of average annual production for hay meadows and croplands, and <br />carrying capacity for range lands on or in the vicinity of the affected land, if the <br />choice of reclamation is for range or agriculture. Please provide the production <br />information and carrying capacity. <br />Rule 6.4.11 Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />The reclamation liability costs aze under review and will be adjusted accordingly once all <br />adequacy issues aze fully addressed. <br />Rule 6.4.13 Exhibit M -Other Permits and Licenses <br />Please specify if Lafazge holds or will be seeking any of the following permits, licenses <br />and approvals, or if they are not applicable: <br />1. Radioactive source material license <br />2. Disposal of dredge and fill material (404) permit <br />3. Permit to construct a dam <br />4. Highway access permit <br />5. Bureau of Land Management permit <br />6.
