(minimum-maximum) Weekly In-situ <br />Influent Parameter Measurement Frequencv Samnle Tvce <br />Flow, MGD Continuous Recorder <br />5-Day Biochemical Oxygen Demand, <br />(BODs), mg/F (lb/day) Monthly Composite <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/P Monthly Composite <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the pettnittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be <br />performed at the following locations: outfall 004 -- after the chlorine contact chamber and prior to Pond B, influent <br />-- after the equalization basi^ <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by <br />this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values <br />requited in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such <br />increased frequency shall also be indicated. <br />2. Salinity Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the quan[iry of Salinity, measured as total dissolved solids (TDS) being discharged <br />from the site, the permittee shall monitor ttte wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: <br />Outfall Frequency Sample Type <br />001. 002, 003, 004 Quarterly Grab <br />Self-monitoring samples taken in compliance with the monitoring requires specified above shall be taken at those <br />locations listed in Part I.B.I. TDS shall be sampled on a monttily basis until six samples have been analyzed. A <br />repor[ of "No Discharge" shall not be counted as one of the six samples. Thereafter, monitoring shall continue on a <br />quarterly basis. Following submittal of the initial six sets of monthly data, the Division shall determine whether the <br />permittee is required to submit a report addressing sal[ removal in accordance with Regulations For Implementation <br />of the Colorado River Salinity Standards (5 CCR L002-39) . If the salinity report is required, the Division shall so <br />notify the permittee by letter or through the inclusion of a compliance schedule and the report shall be submitted <br />• within 180 days of notification. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions.
