TRAPPER MIMNG WG SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN - 7/93 (e)(]0)(i) All foremen and shift supervisors will be trained in this plan at least once a year. The training will include spill prevention, spill reporting procedures, and the basics of the current SPCC plan. Additionally, foremen and shift supervisor; will receive annual training on the control of hazardous waste spills, handling procedures and appropriate emergency response procedures. Any contractor, subcontractor, or temporary personnel whose work could cause a spill or who could prevent a spill will be informed of facility operating procedures and features with which they may become involved.
