Asphalt will make a sequential restoration on the property in
accordance with the plan depicted on the topographical map
submitted with its application,
4. The final benches at the north end of the pro-
perty will be planted with mountain grassand shrubs in accord-
ance with recommendations from qualified agencies and persons,
including County Experiment Stations. Asphalt will provide and
stablize a finished slop in this area of a ratio no steeper
than one-half foot horizontal and one (1) foot vertical.
5. Asphalt will monitor fugitive dust resulting
from this operation to keep the same in compliance with the
dust emission standards set by the Air Pollution ControlCom-
mission of the State of Colorado.
6. Asphalt will use sufficient water so as to insure
that fugitive dust will not exceed dust emission standards in
both the crushing operation and the drilling and blasting opera-
tion.
7. Asphalt will construct access roads from the
mining site to public highways and construct and use said
roads in such a manner to insure that a minimum of dust will
be produced.
8. Asphalt will conduct this operation six (6) days
per week, Sundays excluded, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock
A.M., and 6:00 o'clock P,M,
9. Asphalt will conduct blasting operations between
the hours of 8:30 o'clock A,M., and 4:00 o'clock P.M., in a
manner in which will alleviate or curtail shock or concussion
nuisance by controlling the size of the blast.
10. Asphaltwill conduct this operation on two separate
areas as shown on the topographical map attached to the appli-
cation and the deposits will be worked with 40-foot benches,
-3-
