j) No hazardous substances will be stored on site by Moffat Limestone, but a <br />crushing contractor may store fuel and oil intermittently when they come <br />on-site to crush for us. We will request spill containment and make them <br />aware of the following at that time: <br />A reportable spill is a spill of any toxic or hazardous substance (including <br />spills of petroleum products) within the permit area reportable to any <br />Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, <br />the National Response Center, the Colorado Emergency Planning <br />Commission, a local Emergency Planning Committee, or the State Oil <br />Inspector. The operator shall notify the Office of a reportable spill within <br />the permit area using the same timeframe required by the permit, license, <br />notice, Act, Rule or Regulation governing the reporting of the spill to the <br />appropriate agency. Notice of a reportable spill shall be faxed to: <br />Minerals Program Supervisor, Division of Minerals and Geology, fax (303; <br />832-8106. The fax shall include acall-back number of responsible <br />company official for the DMG staff to use as a contact. <br />k} The fence separating the Royster and Seely properties will be moved <br />several times during mining to keep it on the east side of the disturbed <br />area. <br />
