Refund of Excess Payment <br />If the actual cost of repairing road damage caused by a <br />mining operation is found to be less than the amount <br />collected by the County, the County shall refund the <br />difference to the applicant. If the county claims that <br />damage has been done to county roads and has collected <br />funds or materials due to these damages, then those <br />funds and/or materials shall be earmarked for the <br />repair of the specific road(s).
