Page 4 <br />South Fan - This site includes a shaft opening into the RSS <br />mine, a ventilation fan, a substation, two overburden <br />stockpiles and a light duty road between them. The <br />disturbance associated with this site is approximately 0.5 <br />acres. <br />A and B Substations - This area includes two remote substation <br />sites located east of the RSS portal area. The disturbance <br />area for these sites is approximately .1 acres. <br />CRDA Topsoil Stockpiles - Three topsoil stockpiles are located <br />between CRDA 2 and Coal Creek which are not located within <br />another drainage control area. This includes approximately <br />1.6 acres. <br />Reclaimed CRDA 1 Stockpiles - This includes a small area east <br />of CRDA 1 and west of CRDA 1 where topsoil stockpiles were <br />removed in 1994. These areas include approximately 1.3 and <br />0.6 acres respectively. , <br />Reclaimed Cameo Borrow Area No. 1 - This was a site used in <br />1994 for borrowing dirt to cover CRDA 1 and 2. This site <br />includes approximately 2.1 acres of disturbance. <br />Reclaimed Northwest Intake Portal - This was a small portal <br />site along the highway which was reclaimed in 1992. The area <br />for this site is approximately 0.1 acres. <br />Reclaimed North Decline West <br />reclaimed in 1992. This portion <br />approximately 6.0 acres. <br />of Channel - This area was <br />of the north decline includes <br />Reclaimed North Decline East of Channel - This includes the <br />area between the collection ditch for Pond 7 and the drainage <br />channel which crosses the site. This portion of the north <br />decline includes approximately 0.8 acres. <br />Areas that are not specifically covered by our industrial <br />wastewater discharge permit or our mining and reclamation permit <br />but are covered by this storm water management plan include the <br />following: <br />Outslope of Rail Loop - Approximately 2350 feet along the <br />southeast side of the rail loop is not within any other <br />defined drainage systems. This disturbance amounts to <br />approximately 2.8 acres. <br />UTL Access Road - Approximately 270 feet of road from the <br />county road past the Coal Creek dip section. This disturbance <br />amounts to approximately 0.4 acres. <br />
