Page 2 <br />004 - RSN mine water discharge including approximately 5.6 <br />acres of surface runoff associate with the decline area around <br />the mine portal. <br />005 - Portions of the <br />undisturbed area between <br />ditch above. Runoff from <br />through Pond 9 prior to <br />storage yard with fuel <br />storage. <br />toadside Refuse Disposal Area and <br />the disposal area and a diversion <br />approximately 25.4 acres is routed <br />discharge. This area includes a <br />dispensing and petroleum product <br />006 - Easterly portions of the RSN yard area. Runoff from <br />approximately 10.6 acres is routed through Pond 4 prior to <br />discharge. This area includes a raw coal stockpile, <br />screening, crushing and conveying facilities, and a topsoil <br />stockpile. <br />007 - Westerly portions of the RSN yard area. Runoff from <br />approximately 8.9 acres is routed through Pond 5 prior to <br />discharge. This area includes a shop, storage areas, <br />bathhouse, parking areas, topsoil stockpiles, fuel dispensing <br />and petroleum product storage. <br />008 - The RSS portal area, the preparation plant, a portion of <br />the Roadside Refuse Disposal area and undisturbed area to the <br />top of the hill above the mine site. Runoff from <br />approximately 47.9 acres is routed through Pond 8 prior to <br />discharge. This area includes parking lots, offices, <br />bathhouses, shops, warehouses, the preparation plant and <br />associated conveyors, chemical storage building (cations and <br />flocculants used in the coal preparation plant), a raw coal <br />stockpile, fuel dispensing and petroleum product storage. <br />009 and 010 - The Unit Train Loadout (UTL) within the Loadout <br />rail loop. Runoff from approximately 42.9 acres is routed <br />through Ponds 1 and 2 prior to discharge. This area is used <br />for a clean coal stockpile, loading trucks and trains and <br />includes non-discharging sewage lagoons. <br />011 - Cameo Refuse Disposal Area No. 1 (CRDA 1) Runoff from <br />approximately 30.4 acres is routed through Pond 6 prior to <br />discharge. This area includes the active refuse disposal <br />area, the reclaimed portion of the pile and the slope to the <br />top of the hill above the disposal area. <br />012 - Easterly portion of the North Decline area. Runoff from <br />approximately 12.8 acres is routed through Pond 7 prior to <br />discharge. This area was reclaimed in 1982 and a permanent <br />seed mix planted. <br />013 - Cameo Refuse Disposal Area No. 2(CRDA 2) Runoff from <br />approximately 32.0 acres is routed through Pond 10 prior to <br />
