<br />In order to obtain m ibis-!+ro+ of the probable compliance or uonromplisnco with the effluent limitations specified in Pert
<br />I.A.1, tba permittee shall monitor all affhtem parameters at the following frequencies. Stitch monitoring will begin immediately
<br />end lest for the life of the permit unkas otherwise soled. The results of such monitoring shall be reported on the Discharge

<br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permiaee for compliagce with the monitoring ragttirements specified above shall be
<br />performed at the following locations: discharge points 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015,
<br />016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, end 024, as showy in Figures 2, 3 and 4.
<br />Should a precipitation evwt or snowfall occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for m exemption to be claimed.
<br />Said proof shall be submitted as m attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period.
