Please explain the path taken by meteoric water that may enter the groundwater <br />regime through the active mining or mined area and where this water would enter <br />an unconfined aquifer. <br />(d) The total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be <br />mined and the area of affected lands (see definition of "Affected <br />Land"). <br />This information is adequately addressed in the maps and text of the permit application. <br />(e) The type of present vegetation covering the affected lands. <br />Please provide this information. It can be included as a map with Exhibit J if <br />preferred. <br />(f) In conjunction with Exhibit G -Water Information, Subsection 6.4.7, <br />if required by the Office, further water resources information will be <br />presented on a map in this section. <br />The surface water is adequately presented in the permit application, however, see <br />item (c) above regazding groundwater. <br />(g) Show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all <br />significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures contained <br />on the area of affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />affected land. <br />During the pre-operational inspection, a stock pond was observed in the yeaz 20 <br />mining block. This pond, along with any other stock ponds or stock watering <br />facilities must be included on this map. Also, stock fences aze considered <br />permanent man-made structures and should also be included if applicable. <br />(h) In conjunction with Exhibit I -Soils Information, Subsection 6.4.9, <br />soils information may be presented on a map in this section. <br />Exhibit I adequately addresses this item. <br />(i) Aerial photos, if available, may be included in this section. <br />No aerial photos have been submitted as part of the application and none are <br />being requested. <br />
