The <br />five decrees for this ditch aze shown in the following Table 3 <br />According to the claim shown in Attachment 3, VCI owns all of the Griffmg No. 1 Ditch <br />with the exception of 33.1818 percent of Priority No. 287. According to the decree of Case No. <br />96CW267 and the state's consu]tation, this water historically imgated 80 acres on the land where <br />the Seahorse pits are located. No other water was used on this pazcel. <br />For the purpose of this application, the historical consumptive use caused by imgation <br />with water from the Griffing No. 1 Ditch was taken from the decree in Case No. 96CW267 and <br />the state's consultation. This value of 1.79 acre-feet per acre was distributed over the yeaz using <br />the Zone 6 values for pasture from the "Colorado Irrigation Guide," published by the Soil <br />Conservation Service (Attachment 4). This zone represents crops grown in Monte Vista at . <br />elevation 7,665. <br />5 <br />
