The <br />following Table 5 presents the mining demands and the historical irrigation credits that will be <br />used in this S WSP. The sum of the negative values is 20.04 a-f per yeaz. <br />When the negative replacement obligations aze required by call, they will supplied by <br />releases from the Seahorse Pond, as decreed in Case No. 97CW267. Alternatively, a conVact for <br />water from Blue Mesa Reservoir (Wayne N.
