The plant and office <br />personnel will use bottled water. In year two, well(s) will be <br />drilled and a washing system built to wash rock for specific <br />concrete uses. The washing area will be located with the scale. <br />This well water can then be used for dust control also. <br />All wells within a one -mile radius of the operation are shown on <br />the attached location map and accompanying owner listing. As <br />indicated previously, the mining will not affect surface or <br />groundwater, and will not affect area wells. <br />The nearest well outside of the permit boundary <br />the Winkler Cattle Company.
