Giroux <br />Tuttle Applegate Rindahl, Inc. <br />11900 Grant Street <br />Suite 410 <br />Denver, Colorado 80233 <br />Dear Mr. Giroux: <br />Reference is made to your February 16, 1989 letter on behalf of Hallett Materials <br />' which concerns a proposed road crossing to cross Willow Creek in association with <br />a rhyolite mining operation in the S = of Section 29, T -8 -S, R -66-W, Douglas County, <br />Colorado. <br />' Based on the information you provided, this office has determined that <br />the proposed work is authorized by the Department of the Army Nationwide Permit <br />found at 33 CFR Part 330.5(x) (14). Enclosed is a fact sheet which fully describes <br />this Nationwide Permit and lists the Special Conditions which must be adhered to <br />for this authorization to remain valid. <br />Although an Individual Department of the Army permit will not be required for <br />the project, this does not eliminate the requirement that you obtain any other <br />applicable Federal, State, or local permits as required.
