<br />III <br />C. All trees in excess of eight (8) inches in diameter <br />at the base shall be removed from the right-of-way. <br />D. All trees and brush shall be removed when same shall <br />hamper visibility of users of the road, especially <br />at intersections. <br />CEMENT <br />A. Portland Cement: <br />Portland cement shall conform to the requirements <br />of the following cited specifications for the type <br />specified or permitted: <br />Type Specifications <br />Portland Cement AASHTO M 85 <br />Masonry Cement AASHTO M 150 <br />B. Aggregate: <br />1. Coarse aggregate for concrete shall conform to <br />the requirements of AASHTO M 80 and shall conform <br />to the coarse aggregate tables from AASHTO h1 <br />43, No. 3, No. 4, No. 57, No, 67, No. 357, and <br />No. 467, where specified, <br />2. Fine aggregate for concrete shall conform to <br />AASHTO M 6 standard test. <br />C. Consistency: <br />Consistency shall be measured in accordance with AASHTO <br />T 119. <br />IV <br />D. The placement of concrete shall conform to the dimensions <br />displayed in the standard typical sections of those <br />dimensions shown on plans approved by the Montezuma <br />County Engineer. <br />E. The concrete mixture shall produce a minimum 28 day <br />compressive strength of 3000 pounds. <br />ROADBED CONSTRUCTION <br />A. The County Engineer may require the following before <br />proceeding with construction: <br />1. Plans, profiles, and cross section drawn to acceptable <br />standards. <br />
