Weekly Grab <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute Quarterly Grab <br /> Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements <br /> specified above shall be performed at the following locations: discharge points <br /> 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014 and 015, as shown in <br /> Figures 1, 2, 3 , 4, 5 and 6. <br />Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof <br />in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. <br />See Section I.A.2. <br />(c) Oil and Grease Monitorin¢ <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or <br />floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and <br />reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the <br />corrective action taken should be included with the DMR. <br />2. Special Conditions - Outfalls 005 and 011 <br />Discharge at the flow measuring points for these outfalls need only be <br />sampled/measured when the discharge is from the final sediment pond. <br />Iri addition, [he permittee will be required to submit all data collected on the seep <br />flow volumes at 005 and 011 on an on-going basis to be submitted as a separate <br />attachment with their DMRs. <br />Amendment 2 Issued <br />Effective <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />
