Weekly Grab Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute Quarterly Grab Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be performed at the following locations: discharge points 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014 and 015, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 , 4, 5 and 6. Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.A.2. (c) Oil and Grease Monitorin¢ For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the DMR. 2. Special Conditions - Outfalls 005 and 011 Discharge at the flow measuring points for these outfalls need only be sampled/measured when the discharge is from the final sediment pond. Iri addition, [he permittee will be required to submit all data collected on the seep flow volumes at 005 and 011 on an on-going basis to be submitted as a separate attachment with their DMRs.
