It i:s <br />extremely difficult to define the lateral ~axtent of <br />a fracture-controlled hard rock aquifer system. <br />The company has employed <br />a hydrogeologic consultant who's done a pr~atty good <br />job of trying to model the potential and e:pected <br />impacts as well as demonstrate what quantiir_ies of <br />water could be expected during the operation. <br />We feel that -- I'm sorry --- I'm <br />losing my place here. <br />We feel that the plan as presented, <br />
