HOLDER: All right. <br />MR. RENNER: The west -- the <br />southernmost portion of the west pit is about <br />a hundred foot from the creek. <br />There's two other tributary crossings <br />which will be utilized during the operation, and both <br />of these will utilize either 54-inch culverts or just <br />a small swale crossing for the smaller of the two <br />tributary crossings. <br />The county road in the vicinity of the <br />west pit does need to be relocated as the pit would <br />intersect the present road configuration and the <br />county has just approved the road relocation. <br />I was just given this and we need to <br />enter this into the record.
