Reclamation of disturbed areas rill comaence as <br />contemporaneously as practicable after mining is completed. The <br />mine rater truck will be available to keep dusty coaditiona under <br />control. <br />(2) Fish and Wildlife Plan <br />(a) Each application shall contain a fish and wildlife plan, <br />consistent with 4.18 which provides: <br />(i) A statement of how the plan will minimize <br />disturbances and adverse impacts on fish and wildlife and related <br />environmental values during surface coal mining and reclamation <br />operations, and how enhancement of these resources will be achieved, <br />where practicable. The plan shall cover the permit area and portions of <br />adjacent areas as determined by the Division pursuant to 2.04.11. <br />(ii) If the applicant states that it will not be <br />practicable, in accordance with 2.05.6(2)(a)(i), to achieve a condition <br />which clearly shows a trend toward enhancement of fish and wildlife <br />resources at the time revegetation has been successfully completed under <br />4.15, a statement shall be provided which establishes, to the <br />satisfaction of the Division, why it is not practicable to achieve such a <br />condition; and <br />C~ <br />2.05 - 114 <br />
