7. Delta Countv Impacts and Environmental Impacts <br />The impacts to Delta County will be limited. No dust is expected from the operation due to the pit <br />being wet and roads being watered as needed. Only one new access road will be required across <br />the easement on Teddy Graff's Property as shown on all Maps. Traffic will then enter 1800 Road <br />and will cross the railroad to the Highway, where truck traffic may go either direction. 1675 Road <br />may also be used for gravel hauling operations, although this route is not expected to handle a <br />significant tonnage over the life of the pit. It is possible that other local roads maybe used by light <br />truck traffic for access around different points of the permit area. No new impacts to county <br />services will occur. The long term effect of the operation will be beneficial to the environment by <br />providing wetlands and improving the existing vegetation. <br />Anderson Pit February OS D-12 <br />
