Teddy Graff wishes to have a road across <br />the easement upon completion of mining for future use, so this area will not need to be within the <br />permit area. A letter stating such has been included in Appendix A. The road which will be used <br />to gain access to the site as shown on Maps C-1, C-2 and F. The easement road will be 26 feet <br />wide and will have a 0.85 acre surface area. United Companies will also work with Union <br />Pacific Railroad to install an automated crossing of the tracks with 1800 Road. The existing <br />crossing has stop signs only. <br />No explosives will be used in conjunction with the mining and reclamation operation. <br />Anderson Pit February OS D-5 <br />
