Any water to be <br />used in rock washing procedures to be extracted from <br />ground water in pit and returned to pit for settling. If rock <br />washing procedures are implemented approximately 500 <br />gallon /minute water pump will be used approximately 40 <br />hrs. /week = 1,200,000 gallons per week. <br />i) Ground water is expected at a depth of b'. No surface <br />water will be encountered. All ground water will be <br />returned to the pits for settling <br />j) No contact with existing water rights is expected. <br />k) No refuse or toxic materials are expected in the mining or <br />reclamation phases.
