B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS
I.
fart
Nab,; Au. 6
. ~ _ ~ .. ~ Permit No.: C'(T-OOJ3tri8
Monitoring will be required as shown in the following tables. in the selection of monitoring frequency for each parameter,
several factors were considered, including the frequency of detection and level of the pollutant found in past monitoring, the
level of the corresponding effluent limit, the potential toxicity of fix pollutant, and the need for accuracy in the measurement of
the parameter If the results of monitoring performed in compliance with the specified frequencies, demonstrate that an
alternate frequency would be more appropriate, the permit maybe reopened, subject to the provisions of the lsgnt;,dons for the
-$late t)s h~rgr Pem,ir Sy.rPm, in order to incorporate that frequency. - -
For discharges, which flow intermittently, samples must be collected at least once within the calendar period that is delineated
by the monitoring frequency, whenever any discharge occurs within that calendar period.
For Outfall OOIA, no special sampling restrictions related to stortnwate~ apply. However, the data that is collected, nulst
provide an accurate representation of the quantity and quality of [he water flowing past the point. If samp}cs are wllected whrn
direct surface runoff resulting from rainfall is observed in the flow being monitored, this must be uo[ed.and reported an the
monthly DMR.
Mnn;tnrina. f%rrnurnrv fnr t7utfall 001 A ac ~Awacnrnrt »t A!: 1 5
e : , t _.. a.. 1
w '~~ D - ~ ~ ~ !Week !n a 'a s
S +='I t ra
Oi an ea e r W V's lot
H su ma. i u i i im r t 1A,'e n-Si
mm n' ' tal t * Wee tv b
anide,Weak Acid DisSSQCjable WerkLV 'ra$___~ ~~_,
mi Di solved" tt + Wee ra
admiu 's olved r+*
e i s ved ./I W e I •
W fi ~
'Man +ane ) ss v d r = 1 ~V ekl h
iV~ • Tot I + i ua e rob ~
.inc Dis Ivet / tV • k ra
~{onitorine Freouencv for Outfall OOSA
ue t ara toter to e u cv ample Tvpe

w :
w'ce er is h r+c ___
n tantancoug
a
T3.~.~ ~•---_,_- _
1 n ease m=A ~ 1'wicgper ischa~e
Tw•ic 'r ischarne _.
Grab __ i
Visu 1 ~
{ •u m xi w / lint un wice i5 har'e n- itu
m toda T I t I Twi a disc ar=e m
vani ak c' Di ci ~ Tw•"ce er 'sc ar + r ~
'num i s Ived •l1 Tw'c er 's ha *e ra
a mi un )'s ~o v d I "I'w= c •~ i. c a ~e
er 'ss Ive ' I Tw~ic •r is r =e ra
[.ead issolve 1 = I wire erdischa a rob
i'Man *a is h• d /1 Twice r isc a *e
Mere N T t i = I Twi e r s har+e ra
T'n Di Ived u I Tvvice er ischar'=e Cra
If the pernittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this perntit,
then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporing of the values requued in the Dischar~*c
Monitoring Repor Form or other forms as required by the Division.
