If any provisions of dtis permit, or the application of any provision of this pemtit to airy circumstance, are . eld im~alid, the application of such provision to other circumstances and the application of the remainder of this pemtit shall not be affected. If the pennittee anticipates there wilt be no discharge after the expimtion date of~this permit, the Division should be promptly notified so that it can terminate the pemtit in accordance with Part tLF35.
