The Regional Admiuisttator has been notified of the proposed modification or temtination and does not object in <br />writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification; <br />ii. The Division finds that the pemtittee has shown reasonable grounds consistent with the Federal and Swte stauncs and <br />regulations fur such modifications or temtination; <br />iii. Requirements of 5 CCR 1002-61 Section 61.15 of the Colorado Discharge Pemtit System Regulations have been ntrt. <br />iv. Requirements of public notice have been nxt. <br />d. Pemtit modification (execpt fur minor modifications), temtination or revocation and reissuance actions shall be suhject to <br />the requirements of 5 CCR 1002-61 Sections 61.5(2). 61.5(3). 61.6, 61.7 and 61.15 of the Colorado Discharge Pemtit <br />System Re<aulations. T7te Division shall act on a pemtit modification request, other than minor modification request;. <br />within 180 days of receipt thereof. Except fife nnnor modifications, dte terms of dte existing permit govern and arc <br />enforceable until the newly issued pemtit is formally modified or revoked and reissued following pubht notice. <br />e. Upon consent by^ the pemtittee. the Division may make minor pemtit modifications without ktlbwing the requirements of <br />Sections 6L5(2). 61.5(3). ~iLi and 61.15 of the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations.
