What kind of grading do you <br />plan on doing? <br />MR. DODSON: Well, first of all, our company wouldn't -- wouldn't allow <br />me to spend any more money on that project until we did have water rights. <br />They're waiting on this application to be approved before they start working <br />on that. That answer your question? <br />MR. N. COHEN: Well, before they start working on it in what respect? <br />MR. DODSON: I mean our Company -- our Company is not going to invest any <br />more money in that project until we get this permit here. And then, we'll <br />move to the water permit issue. That's good business. <br />MR. HOLDER: Well, it seems to me that the relevance of this whole issue <br />depends on whether or not it our responsibility to see to it that he has water <br />rights.
