Weekly Grab <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute Quarterly Grab <br />Sanding by the pexmittee for co~liance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall <br />be performed at the following locations: disd~arge points 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 008, 009, <br />010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015 aid 016, as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. <br />Should a precipitation event or srcmxrelt occur, the pennittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an attacfinent to the Discharge <br />Monitoring Report (I7MR) for the appropriate period. See Section I.A.2. <br />(c) Oil and Grease Honitorin¢ <br />For every outfall with oil a:d grease monitoring, in the event an ail sheen or floating ail is <br />observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate IIMR. In <br />addition, corrective action shall betaken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and <br />grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the aHR. <br />2.
