Spill Reporting <br />The individuals listed as forming the BMP and Spill Control <br />• Committee are also responsible for reporting of spills and for <br />implementing emergency responses. If a spill should occur, the <br />Mine Manager shall be the person directly responsible for <br />immediate remedial action. Formal written reports on all spills, <br />as well as the notification of appropriate federal, state, and <br />local regulatory agencies shall be the responsibility of the Mine <br />Engineer.
