Mine Status <br />nergy ue s Coal, Inc. (herein called "Energy Fuels") began <br />operations at the Southfield Mine on March 25, 1985. The previous <br />operator, Dorchester Coal Company was issued the NPDES Permit for <br />the mine and the Permit was assigned to Energy Fuels effective <br />• March 25, 1985. Permit No. CO-0036595 was issued to Energy Fuels <br />on June 18, 1985.
