operations at the Southfield Mine on March 25, 1985. The previous
operator, Dorchester Coal Company was issued the NPDES Permit for
the mine and the Permit was assigned to Energy Fuels effective
• March 25, 1985. Permit No. CO-0036595 was issued to Energy Fuels
on June 18, 1985. This Best Management Practices Plan, Spill
Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan and Materials
Containment Plan (herein called the "Plan") replaces the plan
dated February, 1990.
Beat Management Practices ("BMP") and Spill Control Committee
The Committee has [he authority and responsibility for reviewing
and evaluating the BMP Program and for instituting any amendments
the Committee deems necessary relative to spill prevention and
control.

maintaining the Plan.
