AFFIDAVIT <br />~- <br />I, Stephen B. Self, being first duly sworn hereby state and <br />affirm the following: <br />~l <br />1) That I was formerly employed by Empire Energy Corpora- <br />tion, located near Craig, Colorado, part of which <br />includes the existing Eagle Mines No. 5 and 9 and load- <br />out facilities; <br />2) That at the time of completion of Exhibit O, I was em- <br />ployed by Empire Energy Corporation as the Division <br />Chief Engineer; <br />3) That Exhibit 0 was drawn under my direction and supervi- <br />Sion by Alan Barnes and was completed on July 19, 1976; <br />~- <br />4) That Exhibit O is the general mine layout for Empire <br />Energy's Eagle Mine No. 9 as of July 19, 1976; <br />'i <br />5) That the Mine #9 layout is an integral part of the <br />general mine operation, which includes a series of <br />mines to extract multiple coal seams within the leasehold. <br />By: <br />STATE OF COLORADO ) Stephen B.
