of Mineral Resources & Engineering, Inc.;
2) That I acquired the production figures shown in Exhibit
E from the Colorado Division of Mines;
3) That the production quantities shown on Exhibit E are a
true and correct representation of production records
on file with the Division of Mines from Empire Energy's
Mines No. 5 and 9.
