AFFIDAVIT <br /> <br />I, Stephen B. Self, being first sworn hereby state and <br />affirm the following: <br />1) That I was formerly employed by Empire Energy Corpora- <br />tion, located near Craig, Colorado, part of which <br />includes the existing Eagle Mines No. 5 and 9 and load- <br />out facilities; <br />2) That at the time of completion of Exhibit N, I was em- <br />ployed by Empire Energy Corporation as the Division <br />Chief Engineer; <br />3) That Exhibit N was drawn under my direction and supervi- <br />sion by Peter Epp and was completed on March 17, 1976; <br />4) That Exhibit N is the general mine layout for Empire <br /> <br />Energy's Eagle Mine No. 5 as of March 17, 1976; <br />5) That the Mine No. 5 layout is an integral part of the <br />general mine operation, which includes a series of <br />mines to extract multiple coal seams within the leasehold. <br />By: , <br />Stephen B.
