The Division received your application fora 110 Reclamation Permit on 7 March 2007.
The application was designated as complete on 20 Mazch 2007, and we have assigned it
file number M-2007-016. We have received one (1) response from State and Federal
agencies that were notified of your application. In accordance with Rule 1.7.1(3), we aze
hereby forwarding that letter to you. We will forwazd any additional letters of objection
or concern to you as we receive them.
DRMS is required to issue an approval or denial decision no later than 19 April 2007 for
this application. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any
concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility
to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have
not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has
been requested, the Division will deny this application.
The review consisted of comparing the application content with specific requirements of
Rule 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.5 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction of Construction Materials. Any inadequacies
are identified underithe respective exhibit heading along with suggested actions to correct
them.
GENERAL COMMENT - No action required
Processing of 110 permit applications will be expedited if the application is organized in
conformance with and parallel to the stipulations of Rule 6.3. Considering the number of
applications that DRMS staff must routinely process, efforts by the applicant to conform
to these procedures would be greatly appreciated, will minimize time spent searching for
