Please provide the name <br />of the town that is 2.5 miles away. <br />6.3.1 EXHIBIT A -Legal Description and Location Map <br />On the page labeled "Legal Description of Permit Boundary" the last sentence on the <br />page reads "Containing 10.0 acres more or less." Operations permitted under 110 <br />regulations must belles than 10.0 acres. Therefore, please change this sentence to reflect <br />compliance with th i regulations, by stating that the facility contains 9.99 acres or less. <br />On the page labeled "Legal Description - Huerfano County/ICreutzer gravel pit" the last <br />sentence reads "containing 10.01 acres, more or less." For the reason cited above, please <br />change this sentence to reflect compliance with the regulations, by stating that the facility <br />contains 9.99 acres or less. <br />63.2 EXHIBIT B -Site Description <br />In accordance with Rule 6.3.2(c) please identify the existence of surface-water and <br />ground-water resources in the azea that might be affected by drainage from the facility. <br />Specifically, the 1" ~ 100' scale maps included as Exhibit E show an irrigation ditch <br />within the permit biundary. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />In accordance with i ule 6.3.3(b), please indicate whether the soil will be salvaged for use <br />in reclamation. <br />In accordance with Rule 6.3.3(e), if there are to be no components in the mining area <br />other than the toad, (please provide a statement to that effect.
