The proposed final land use of this site is "Open Range", ie.: grazing for <br />domestic animals and wildlife. The Division does not believe lh:l slopes <br />lend themselves to this final land use. The ~naxiinum slope that do~estic <br />~ K animals are axle to negotiate are 2h:ly slopes. Therefore, the operator <br />cannot have any reclaimed slopes at this site steeper than 2h :l v. Please <br />submit new maps for Exhibit F depicting slopes no steeper than 2h :l v. <br />2. The operator has specified a wide variety of species that are c mmercially <br />available and could be seeded at the site. Prior to consideration f this <br />1'~ application by the Board, the operator must specify the species tha will be <br />used to revegetate the site and the seeding rate {in pounds pure li e seed per <br />acre) for each species. <br /> 3.
