<br />Revised 1/2s/so <br />Section 765.19(c) Continued <br />Twentymile Park Land Use (Map 31) shows that the historical pr~~n;ng <br />land use of the adjacent azea has been undeveloped rangeland. The only <br />agricultural activity in the adjacent area other than rangeland use is <br />dryland wheat farming in the southeast corner of Section 29, Township 5 <br />North, Range B6 West. <br />Soils and vegetation information presented in Sections 779.19 and 779.21 <br />concerning the study area is summazi2ed below. The soils and vegetation <br />characteristic of the study azea can be found all along the floodplain <br />• of Foidel Creek, as denonstrated by the Energy Mines 1 and 2 Soils <br />(Map 29) and Energy Mines 1 and 2 Vegetation (Map 15). Therefore, the <br />descriptions of soils and vegetation in the study area are applicable to <br />entire reach of Foidel Creek in the adjacent area. <br />Soils <br />Comprehensive site specific information on soils was collected in the <br />study area. A soil survey was conducted by the SCS wherein soil mapping <br />units sere determined. Subsequent field studies were cronducted by EFC <br />to refine the original soils mapping and to wllect additional data <br />relative to the study area. The Eckman Park Soils Map (Map 30) contains <br />the information wllected in connection with the study. <br />785-9(t) <br />
