<br />property. <br /> <br />The equipment storage area shown on Exhibit E - Map will <br />remain the equipment storage area and access to the permit <br />area. Access from County Road 23 will remain at the present <br />location. <br />Item 6. The area to be excavated during, the first phase <br />of the operation will be approximately 100 ft wide by 900 ft <br />long. The area to be excavated during the next phase will be <br />approximately 150 ft wide by 1000 ft long. <br />Item 7. The existing road on the property is 12 ft wide. <br />It is not planned t^ alter the road for purposes of this <br />project. <br />Item 8. No water will be used in conjunction with this <br />operation. <br />item 9. If ground water is encountered within the <br />proposed 10 ft depth, excavation will be limited to a depth <br />ft above this water. Surface water will be bermed and/or <br />channeled from active workings so as to minimize any potential <br />disturbances. <br />Item 10. Injury tc existing water rights is not <br />anticipated with this type of operation. However, if questions <br />arise regarding possible injury, excavation will be halted <br />Face 1.. <br />
