<br />EXHIBIT C <br />Mining Plan <br />Item 1. Mining will begin after January 15, 1992 and will <br />end on or before December 31, 1996. It is proposed to have a <br />five-year project that can be reviewed during the fifth year <br />tar continuation if the market for the product is favorable. <br />Item 2. Soil does not exist as a plant growth medium <br />within the permit area. <br />Item =. Overburden nor waste rack are present over the <br />gravel deposit. <br />Item 4. The deposit will be mined to a depth of lO ft <br />during each segment of mining. <br />Item 5. As shown in Photograph 1 and in Exhibit E - Map, <br />berms have previously been constructed along the river channel <br />to prevent flooding of the County Road and adjoining homes. it <br />is proposed to conduct gravel er.cavation with a ru66er-tired <br />front end loader in the area west of the active channel and <br />east of the Ponderosa Tree Boundary. At such time as this <br />area has been excavated to a depth of 10 ft and rip-rap has <br />been placed along the proposed 3:1 slope next to the tree <br />boundary, the river will be allowed to flow into the excavated <br />area and mining will commence on the eastern portion of the <br />F'age 12 <br />
