<br />level is below the proposed excavation depth even though the <br />active river channel is within 150 ft of this location. <br />A water well on the Webh property, which adjoins the <br />Zanett/Klein property on the southwest, was drilled to a depth <br />^f 97 ft, has a yield of 15 gpm with the water level at 40 ft. <br />A water well on the Harlan property, across l:,R 23 and t^ the <br />southwest of the Zanett/Klein property was drilled to a depth <br />of 104 ft, has a yield of 15 gpm with a water level at 70 ft. A <br />well located an the Walz property, to the east of the proposed <br />operation, has a water well that was drilled to a depth of 111 <br />ft, has a yield of v0 gpm with the water level at 90 ft. <br />Item 4. Contact was made with Ken Miller, the local <br />Division of Wildlife Officer. Ken stated that he felt that <br />this type of operation would have no adverse affects to <br />wildlife, although he cautioned that the excavation should take <br />place in a manner to prevent ercessive siltation ^f the river. <br />F'age 11 <br />
