t) <br />3-35-06-08 -Cut Slopes <br />Slopes above the high water line of reservoirs and to a depth of 10' below the high <br />water line shall be a maximum steepiess of 3:1. Slopes below ]0' below the high <br />water line to the bottom of the reservoirs shall be a maximum steepness of 2:1. <br />3-35-06-09 -Hauling Route <br />Agreement on the hauling route will be obtained from Adams County and CDOT onto <br />SH7 with input being obtained from the City of Brighton. <br />3-35-06-10 -Excavation Floor Pit <br />The floor of the excavation area shall be left in reasonably smooth condition. <br />3-35-06-I 1 -Flooding and Drainage <br />l ~ None of the excavation, storage of overburden or excavated material, or dikes and <br />I banks ofthe reservoirs shat] increase any drainage or flooding on property not owned <br />by Aggregate Industries, or damage any public facilities. A Flood Plain Use Permit <br />~ shall be obtained prior to any activities which would affect the floodplain area are <br />~ initiated. <br />3-35-06-12 -Fencing <br />All of the excavation areas shall be enclosed with a chain link fence to a minimum <br />height of 72" topped with three strands of barbed wire canted to a forty-five (45) <br />angle outward, except where other physical features would prevent unauthorized <br />access onto to the site, and except where floodplain regulations would prohibit such <br />fencing. <br />3-35-06-13 -Noise <br />All operations shall conform to noise, vibration, and other standards in the <br />performance standards section of the County's regulations. <br />3-35-06-14 -Reclamation of Spent Areas <br />Once all minim and reclamation is completed none of the property will be used as an <br />area to stockpile sand and gravel resourc from other sites. As soon as possible, al] <br />mined are 'hall e rec acme as soon as possible to prevent soil erosion and nuisance <br />conditions. Mining is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, and all <br />reclamation is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. <br />3-35-06-15 -Air Emissions <br />All air emissions shall conform to the standards established by the Colorado l~ <br />Department of Public Health and Environment.
