3-35-06-16 -Water Quality <br />All water uses and discharges shall conform to standards established by the Water <br />Quality Control Commission and the water laws of the State of Colorado. <br />3-35-06-17 -Slope Stabilization <br />All slopes shall be stabilized and land remaining above the high water level of the <br />reservoirs shall be vegetated with non-irrigated grasses. <br />3-35-06-18 - Revegetation <br />All reclaimed vegetated areas shall be maintained a minimum of 3 years, or until all <br />vegetation becomes firmly established, whichever comes later. <br />3-35-06-19 -Reclamation Time Frame <br />The time limit for all reclamation, including establishment of all vegetation, is <br />December 31, 2021: <br />3-35-06-20 -Annual Reclamation Report <br />The annual report submitted to the Division of Mining and Geology (DN(G) of the <br />State of Colorado on the progress of mining and reclamation activities shall be also <br />submitted to the Department of Planning and Development. <br />The accompanying Appendix contains copies of the major Exhibits and Figures from the approved <br />DMG application. <br />Findings of Fact which support approval of these requests are as follows: <br />1. The proposed use of the property will benefit the property, the area, and the County by ~ <br />providing for extraction ofvaluable mineral resources and providing for needed water storage <br />facilities for Adams County residents and property owners. <br />2. The propose use is compatible with adjacent uses, the propose use will generate increased <br />taxes to pay for County and other public services, and the use has negligible impacts on the <br />area and public facilities in the area. <br />3. The propose use is harmonious to both the property and t)te area, and the proposed use <br />conforms with both the Comprehensive Plan, development trends in the area, and applicable <br />County regulations. <br />4. / Approval of these requests would not be detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of <br />l adjacent properties or residents in the area. <br />i0 <br />
