That any proposed expansion of this operation <br />or request for renewal of any granted State <br />Permit shall require an amended Land Use <br />Approval by La Plata County. <br />. 11H6REA3, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed <br />this proposal. at a public hearing of September 1S, 1990 at <br />which time the Planning Staff, the Public and adjacent <br />Landowners presented oral testimony; <br />NOW, THSREFORB, LST IT BB RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of La Plata County, Colorado does hereby <br />approve the request for a Change in Land Uae Approval for <br />Project No. 90-40 High Flume Gravel Pit with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. All written, verbal and graphic representations <br />of the applicant are deemed conditions of <br />approval of this project. Specifically the <br />reclamation plan as stated in the applicant's , <br />permit application to the State. <br />2. That this approval is contingent upon the <br />applicant receiving an approved Colorado <br />M.L.R.B. Limited No. 110 Permit limiting the <br />gravel pit to loess than ten acres.. <br />•3. That a reclamation plan be submitted within <br />thirty days after receiving M.L.R.B. Permit for <br />barrow and downalope areas of the access road <br />to reduce its visual impact. <br />4. That the applicant notify the Department of <br />Planning Services of any contracts over 20,000 <br />tons of gravel or more, which would use Couinty <br />Road 213, in.order to review potential road <br />impacts. <br />5. That the applicant provide a proposed method of <br />mitigation of duet created by traffic using <br />this site should'the need be identified, <br />reviewed by County Staff and determined to be <br />necessary. <br />6.
