<br /> <br />601489 ~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1990-66 <br /> <br /> <br />A RSSOLOTION CONCERNED WITH A CHANGE IN LAND USE TO <br />ALLOW THS ESTABLISHMENT OF A GRAVEL PIT RNOWN AS <br />TSB HIGH FLUME GRAVEL PIT PROJECT NO. 90-40. <br />WHEREAS, Dale and Betty Trenkle, the <br />owners of the project property described as Lota 25 <br />and 28 of the Rancho Durango Subdivision No. 2 as <br />recorded under Reception Number 417433 in the <br />Office of the La Plata County Clerk, has made an <br />application for a Change in Land Uae Approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the application was reviewed by <br />the La Plata County Planning Commission on August <br />6, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the project was recommended for <br />approval to the Board of County Commissioners by <br />the Planning Commission with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. All written, verbal and graphic representations <br />' of the applicant are deemed conditions of <br />approval of this project. Specifically the the <br />reclamation plan as stated in the applicant's <br />permit application to the State. <br />2. That this approval is contingent upon the <br />applicant receiving an approved Colorado <br />M.L.R.B. Permit. <br />3. That a reclamation plan be submitted for barrow <br />and downslope areas of the access road to <br />reduce its visual impact. <br />4. That the applicant notify the Department of , <br />Planning Services of any contracts over 20,000 <br />tone of gravel or more, which would use Couinty <br />Road 213, in order to review potential road <br />impacts. <br />5. That the applicant provide a proposed method of <br />mitigation of dust created by traffic using. <br />this site should the need be identified, <br />reviewed by County Staff and determined to be <br />necessary. <br />High Flume Gravel Pit 90-40 <br />Resolution 90-66 ~ - ~ ~ ~ -r / <br />
