Because of this timing deficiency, your plan may be approved as proposed for <br />this year; however, approval under the same conditions for subsequent years will be <br />unlikely. <br />[ hereby approve the proposed substitute water supply plan in lccordance with <br />Section 37-80-120, C.R.S. (1991) subject [o the following conditions: <br />1. A well permit must be issued for the gravel pit in accordance with Sections <br />37-90-137(2) and (11), C.R.S. According [o our records, the gravel pit well <br />permit application was denied (File No. AD-12872) on September 14, 1992 for <br />failure to have a valid water supply plan and possible 600-foot spacing issue. <br />Either consent or a hearing will be required prior to the issuance of the permit <br />if another well is located within 600 feet of this pit. Please request this possible <br />reversal in your acceptance letter to this office. No fees will be assessed For this <br />process. <br />2. The total surface area of the lake seated after December 31, 1980, must not <br />exceed 0.95 acres, and uses must not exceed 2.62 acre-feet of evaporative loss, <br />8.83 acre-feet of water in the product, and 3.13 acre-feet of water used in dust <br />
