The ownership is denoted in the legend <br />with the pole symbol and the "West Plains Energy" label next to it. The <br />power line and owner are noted in exhibits D and S. The easement only <br />exists for the poles and air, not the ground under the lines. <br />33. Submit data concerning the effects of blasting operations on structures within <br />5000 feet. The <br />Division of Wildlife (DOW) has encouraged our Division to review this pardon <br />of the reclamation plan with you to determine the feasibility of revegetating the <br />benches for wildlife benefit.
